Es tracta d&#8217;una disciplina que t\u00e9 una demostrada efectivitat en la salut i qualitat de vida.<\/p><p>El taller estar\u00e0 impartit per\u00a0l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/E5VxR2ylJQ4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00c0ngel Casellas<\/a>, psic\u00f2leg especialitzat en activitats terap\u00e8utiques amb gossos, professor de Psicologia associat a la Universitat de Vic \u2013 UCC i col\u00b7laborador de la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. Estudi\u00f3s i practicant de Mindfulness, aplica aquesta disciplina en la seva vida personal, aix\u00ed com a part de la doc\u00e8ncia que imparteix.
